Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand SAP-specific hiring needs and role expectations.
• Source qualified SAP candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical and functional SAP roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with HRBPs and delivery SPOCs to align on hiring priorities and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP recruitment (either in-house or through an agency).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and role-specific requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
