About the Role: The role of the Corporate Sales Coordinator is to support the sales team with all order management and billing-related tasks associated with revenue streams that sit within Corporate Sales. This role will fulfil all the support responsibilities related to the Corporate Sales business, including but not limited to order entry, billing, credits, reports, database maintenance, and customer care. An intermediate-level professional position that requires experience in a functional area, but the incumbent is still acquiring knowledge and experience in the discipline. Solves a range of straightforward problems using knowledge learned on the job and by applying standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from the manager. How will you make an impact: Entry of corporate sales orders, both print and digital, in support of the global team Request for proof of advertisements for print advertising Maintain customer contact records Ensure required documentation is loaded to the billing system for compliance Requests for discount approvals Month-end invoicing Weekly status reports, including credit hold Monthly forecasts for billing checks Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in the Corporate Sales Support queue. Providing copies of invoices when requested Credits/cancellations due to order adjustments Directing non-CSS inquiries to relevant teams, e.g., vendor setup, payment advice, etc. What we look for: College Degree or equivalent 1+ years B2B/Commercial support experience Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Administrative experience is required in a position that involves strong attention to detail. Customer services database, CRM, contact systems, and related tools. Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel to an advanced level, and PowerPoint to an intermediate level. Outlook, Internet, and PC literate.
