Role Description

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and clients. This role involves managing documentation, tracking sales orders, preparing reports, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets efficiently.


Skills & Qualifications:

·        2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); knowledge of CRM/ERP software preferred.

·        Attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily sales activities and ensure smooth workflow within the sales department.
  • Handle order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, client interactions, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and share sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries with management.
  • Support the sales team in lead management, client communication, and proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Assist in resolving client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and update the customer database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, and handle internal communications related to sales.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for product availability
