Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Manager located in Thane. The Back Office Manager will handle day-to-day operations including managing back office functions, overseeing operations management, and ensuring efficient office administration. The role also involves finance-related tasks and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Back Office Operations and Operations Management
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and experience in Finance
• Proficient in Office Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
