Sales Support Coordinator

As a Sales Support Executive at Pharma MNC in Ahmedabad, your role will involve coordinating with the field sales team for daily activities, targets, and task updates. You will be responsible for preparing sales reports, MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers. Managing customer queries, follow-ups, and order documentation will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support in tender documentation, quotations, and product information. Coordinating with the supply chain for dispatch, billing, and stock availability is also an essential aspect of your job. It will be your duty to maintain CRM data and ensure timely updates. Furthermore, you will assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and training programs.
