Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator, based in Erode. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist in administrative tasks, maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving goals. Additional responsibilities include handling customer queries, managing documentation, coordinating internal processes, and providing quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and managing office operations
• Good Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
