Role & responsibilities • Outcall delinquent customers and facilitate payment of Outstanding due. • Ensure regular and timely follow-ups on delayed payments and closure by collecting the due amount. • Adherence to Key Tele-Calling Parameters like Attempt Count, Login Time, Idle Time, Talk Time, PTP Generation and Conversion. • Achieving DRR and Milestones consistently and ensure to achieve the Collection Target set for the month. • Ensure effective use of rebuttals while trying to negotiate and convince the customer to release the outstanding payment. • Liaison with the respective field team on NC and challenging cases and ensure conversion. • Ensuring 100% adherence to Dos and Don’ts and COC laid down by the organization while making calls to customers. • Achieving the set targets for the key portfolios like EMI Bounce, Bounce & Penal Charges, ENACH Conversion. Job Overview : This job role will require the agent to execute reminder and follow up calls to delinquent customers and facilitating payments of outstanding due while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
