Job Description

Role Overview: As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient cross-team collaboration, partner engagement, communication management, Salesforce reporting, and process improvement. Your exceptional communication skills, analytical abilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and solution-oriented mindset will be essential in contributing to the operational efficiency and service delivery of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Compliance to facilitate timely resolution of PSP-related issues. Analyze incoming queries, determine appropriate stakeholders, and follow through until closure. - Attend regular calls with external partners and internal stakeholders to capture key discussion points, identify actionable items, and ensure follow-up on deliverables. Maintain a proactive approach to relationship management and issue tracking. - Draft and circulate clear, concise communications related to PSP updates, process changes, and issue resolutions. Support the accreditation process and contribute to the development and upkeep of a centralized knowledge repository to enable faster query resolution and onboarding. - Generate and maintain reports in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and update records, contributing to accurate forecasting and performance tracking. - Participate in reporting calls to share insights and suggest improvements. Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally across diverse teams and stakeholders. Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and action-oriented messaging. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong aptitude for analyzing data, identifying patterns, and developing practical solutions to operational challenges. Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving resolution through structured thinking. - Advanced Excel Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques to support decision-making and reporting accuracy. - Solution-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrates a proactive and resilient approach to overcoming obstacles. Focuses on identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes.,
