This open position is for Armanino India, which is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Format and compile documents based on templates and brand guidelines.
• Assisting and maintaining proposal and sales content libraries.
• Support proposal specialists with research, data entry, and document preparation.
• Track proposal deadlines and coordinate internal inputs.
• Ensure version control and document accuracy.
• Collaborate with U.S. based team members via project management tools and video calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to producing error-free deliverables.
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently, and with others.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with proposal management software/tools (e.g. PandaDoc, Loopio, Proposify) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
