Sales Executive


🌍 Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across leisure, corporate, and group travel segments.
  • Promote travel packages, customised itineraries, and destination experiences to Indian and international audiences.
  • Expand Fusion Fly’s market share in India, MENA, Europe, and Asia by building strong sales pipelines.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and adapt strategies to changing market and customer needs.


🤝 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored travel solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through options, pricing, and experiences.
  • Manage post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


📈 Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and deal closures.
  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and report on KPIs (conversion rates, revenue growth, retention).
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert leads from campaigns into paying customers.
  • Contribute to overall revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling services.


🔧 Operational Excellence

  • Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal offerings, and airline/hotel partnerships to optimize sales pitches.
  • Work closely with operations and travel consultants to ensure smooth booking and delivery of travel experiences.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with leads, follow-ups, and customer journeys.


✅ What We’re Looking For


Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in travel, hospitality, or related industries).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building relationships.


Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms is a plus.


Mindset

  • Growth-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about travel, destinations, and creating value for clients.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
  • Established network of clients in travel or corporate sectors.
