To receive orders from customers. To process orders, forms, applications, and requests. To perform customer verifications. To receive orders from customers. To direct requests and unresolved issues to the MD or the Sales Office Manager. To manage customers' accounts. To keep records of customer interactions and transactions. To record & respond inquiries and complaints. To record details of actions taken. To administer the ordering and invoicing process (both electronically and hardcopy).
