Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services in the call center, back office, or banking sector. Your main responsibilities will include: - Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, call center, back office, or banking sector - Working experience and ability to work in U.S.A. Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) - Proficiency in English speaking, understanding, and written communication skills - Quality experience is an added advantage - Computer proficiency in MS Office - Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively - Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail - Adherence to the Company's policies and procedures The work involves store and gas station merchant data processing with moderate calling. This is a full-time, permanent position with the following benefits: - Health insurance - Paid time off - Yearly bonus The work schedule is Monday to Friday, night shift, US shift.
