Performance Tracking: - Analyze and track key performance metrics for client projects. - Proactively suggest improvements to processes or strategies based on project outcomes and feedback. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and retention rate of assigned clients. Timeliness: Percentage of projects delivered on or before deadlines. Accuracy: Minimal revisions or errors in deliverables due to miscommunication or unclear requirements. Reporting Quality: Completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of client reports. Team Collaboration: Smooth delegation and coordination across internal teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp etc) and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
