Role: Chief of Staff (Associate) / Strategy & Operations Associate to CEO

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support & Task Ownership

  • Act as an extension of the CEO by taking over operational and strategic tasks.
  • Manage calendar, meetings, and priorities to maximize CEO efficiency.
  • Draft, update, and refine proposals, presentations, and client documents.


Business Analysis & Client Support

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate across departments.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or gaps and proactively suggest solutions.


Operations & Execution

  • Implement systems and processes for smoother project management.
  • Support delegation and follow-up across marketing, design, development, and sales teams.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards for performance review.


Tech-Savvy Problem Solving

  • Leverage Excel/Google Sheets for advanced reporting and analytics.
  • Explore and implement new tools (automation platforms, CRMs, dashboards) to improve efficiency.
  • Be comfortable with SaaS platforms and adapting quickly to new technologies.


Strategic Growth

  • Participate in decision-making discussions with the CEO.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on scaling the business.
  • Over time, take ownership of initiatives and projects as a mini-CEO.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Prior experience in client-facing, consulting, operations, or strategy roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
