About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, structured, and high-capacity professional to work directly with the leadership on building systems, processes, and organizational structure across all Prasang companies. This role combines the functions of Chief of Staff, HR, Operations, and Administration — designed for someone who can bring order, rhythm, and clarity to a growing creative organization. You’ll work directly with the Directors, acting as an execution partner and strategic bridge — ensuring plans turn into systems, people stay aligned, and the company evolves into a structured, scalable organization over the next few years. Key Responsibilities Work Closely with Leadership: Act as an extension of the Directors — assisting in planning, decision-making, follow-ups, and daily priorities. Structure & Systems: Build internal processes, SOPs, checklists, and review mechanisms across all functions. Employee Utilization: Track workloads, productivity, and team alignment; ensure the right people are working on the right projects. HR & Hiring: Lead recruitment, onboarding, role definitions, and performance structures. Company Culture: Help create a professional, learning-oriented, and accountable workplace culture. Admin & Coordination: Oversee company-wide administration, communication, and inter-departmental flow. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps — and implement systematic solutions. Execution Oversight: Follow through on projects, meetings, and strategic initiatives until closure. Who You Are 4–8 years of experience in consulting, operations, or strategic roles with exposure to organizational design and systems thinking. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, analytical, and proactive. Comfortable managing multiple priorities across departments. Strong in Excel, Microsoft 365, and modern productivity and tech/AI tools Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup and loves building order out of chaos.
