Salary range: Rs 1800000 - Rs 2400000 (ie INR 18-24 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Managing Director in driving the company's short- and long-term priorities
• Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans and track progress through KPIs, performance dashboards, and governance reviews
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and effective outcomes across multiple business units
• Prepare high-quality business reports, performance summaries, and executive communication for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership and subsidiary heads to align strategies, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance organizational efficiency
• Represent the Managing Director in key internal and external forums, maintaining clarity, consistency, and professional representation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational discipline and business performance
• Support organizational change management, culture-building, and leadership development initiatives
• Spend time across various operational touchpoints—factories, retail floors, and digital units—to maintain a ground-level understanding of business operations
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in a Chief of Staff or strategy leadership role
• Proven background in consulting, strategy, or multi-industry leadership, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, retail, or automotive sectors
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution while maintaining attention to operational details
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and maturity to manage sensitive and complex leadership dynamics
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a structured and results-oriented approach
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse business environments
• An engineering or business degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institution
• A proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset, capable of driving outcomes in fast-evolving environments
