You’ll work at the nerve centre — ensuring every project, roadmap, and decision flows smoothly through the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to drive company-wide OKRs and execution rhythms.
• Oversee the

  Project Management Office (PMO)

  — ensuring every initiative (tech, product, marketing, or operations) stays on track.
• Lead governance cadences —

  Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly CEO X-Rays, and Quarterly OKR updates

  .
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Marketing, HR, Finance) to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Manage strategic dashboards — performance, P&L progress, growth metrics, and due diligence data.
• Drive process creation and documentation — SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance templates.
• Act as the bridge between leadership and execution teams — ensuring alignment and accountability.

Ideal Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in

  strategy, operations, or consulting

  .
• Exposure to multi-brand or fast-scaling

  D2C/startup environments

  .
• Hands-on with

  ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets, Power BI

  , and automation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — business and team-level.
• Loves simplifying complexity and building systems that scale.
