What We’re Looking For • 5–8 years leading social media for high-growth consumer brands. • Proven track record of growing accounts 100k → 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social. • Strong grip on paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins). • Analytical and creative in equal measure: Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Ads + killer instincts for viral hooks. • Excellent at storytelling, positioning, and community engagement. • Prior experience in team building and agency management. • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
