Your Mission

• Translate the CEO’s vision into

  actionable operating plans

  and

  cross-brand OKRs

  .
• Standardize and optimize

  workflows, SOPs, and SLAs

  across marketing, e-commerce, content, supply chain, and CX.
• Lead

  automation adoption

  and integration (RPA, AI bots, ClickUp automations) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with CFO to

  monitor P&L

  , gross margins, cash flow, CAC vs. LTV, and ensure fiscal discipline.
• Build and mentor

  brand managers and department heads

  , fostering a performance-driven, transparent culture.
• Oversee

  customer experience

  and brand consistency—drive NPS, CSAT, and retention improvements.
• Ensure

  compliance

  with India’s DPDP Act, GST, tax rules, and advertising standards (ASCI).
• Drive

  innovation and expansion

  —AR/VR pooja experiences, international funnels, new product launches.

What We’re Looking For

• 12–15+ years

  of senior operations experience, including

  5+ years

  in a leadership or C-suite role.
• Proven record of scaling

  multi-brand or marketplace businesses

  in India or globally.
• Strong expertise in

  process optimization, performance dashboards, and automation tools

  .
• Financial acumen: understands

  P&L, margins, forecasting, and cost control

  .
• Exceptional leadership: able to align diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
• Bonus: Experience in

  e-commerce, ed-tech, or spiritual/wellness industries
