Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and high-performing Field Sales Executive to strengthen our on-ground sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily field visits to potential B2C & B2B customers, promoting our curated travel and vacation packages, and driving revenue through consistent lead generation and client acquisition. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with outdoor clients while representing our brand with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits to residential, corporate, and outdoor client locations to generate leads and expand the customer base. Promote and present the company’s domestic and international travel packages , tailored tour plans, and seasonal offers. Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable package options to enhance client satisfaction and conversion. Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective customers through consistent follow-ups. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets by implementing effective on-ground sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate documentation of daily visits, client interactions, lead status, and closures in CRM systems. Participate in outdoor marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness drives as required. Coordinate with internal teams for itinerary customization, pricing, and customer support for seamless service delivery. Uphold the company’s values and represent the brand with professionalism during all field interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of proven field sales experience , preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective travel recommendations. Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Comfortable with extensive on-field travel and direct interaction with B2C clients. Proficiency in CRM tools , lead-tracking systems, and basic MS Office applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality , or related fields (preferred).
