Run continuously — not just successfully once

Translate R&D into factories that actually work

Scale with biology, not against it

Can be replicated across geographies

Who This Role Is For

Think in systems, not silos

Are excited by hard problems with physical consequences

Get uncomfortable when things don’t scale — and then fix them

Believe manufacturing can be regenerative, not extractive

You don’t need to have done this exact thing before.

But you must have built or scaled complex physical systems.

Ideal Background (Flexible, Not Rigid)

Experience in one or more of:

Industrial biotech

Bioprocess engineering

Chemical / materials / bio-materials manufacturing

Deep-tech scale-ups

Strong understanding of:

Scale-up science and biology

Yield optimization

Process control and variability

Comfortable operating:

In labs, pilot plants, and factory floors

Under real constraints — capital, time, infrastructure
