Chief Operating Officer

a) Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedure.

b) Monitor key performance indicator to assess operational efficiency and identify area of improvement.

c) Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

d) Recruit, train, mentor and developing high performing operational team.

e) Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the companys strategic plan.

f) Align operational initiatives with the organization mission, vision and long term objectives.

g) Work closely with management to develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost effective operations while maintaining quality and service levels.

h) Monitor and control expenses to meet budget.

i) Identify opportunities with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

j) Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational and financial risks.

k) Collaborate with other executives and departments to align operation with overall business objectives.

l) Stay up to date customer centric approach to operations ensuring services meet of customer expectations.

m) Gather and analyses customer feedback to drive improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

a) Master or bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business, operations, managements).

b) Proven track record of successful operations leadership a similar industry or organization.

c) Strong Analytical problem solving and decision making abilities.

d) Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

e) Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.

f) Knowledge of industry specific (healthcare) regulations and compliance requirement.

g) 2 to 6 years’ experience in same profile.
