Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Implement business strategies and align operational goals with company objectives
Develop, monitor, and optimize operational processes, systems, and SOPs
Drive cost control, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency
Manage cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and quality
Track KPIs, operational metrics, and performance dashboards
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards
Support revenue growth initiatives through operational scalability
Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning and execution
