Location of position : HYDERABAD

Our customer is into venture studio building and accelerating healthcare startups. They invest, incubate, and scale innovative solutions, supporting entrepreneurs in their growth journey. They are seeking a COO to drive operational excellence, portfolio success, and GTM leadership.

Key Responsibilities – MUST HAVE

• Portfolio Leadership

  : Manage, mentor, and accelerate portfolio startups; drive operational KPIs.

• Investment & Growth

  : Work closely with founders on evaluating investments, portfolio performance, and growth opportunities.

• GTM Strategy

  : Shape and execute go-to-market strategies; lead new business initiatives.
• Operational Oversight: Lead internal teams (7–8 members initially remapped); streamline processes across ventures.

• Stakeholder & Investor Relations

  : Represent CUSTOMER to investors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders; build strong external relationships.

• Culture & People Leadership

  : Build a high-performance, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture.

Candidate Profile

Must have -

• 10–15 years of experience;

• Mandatory

  - Prior experience in Venture Capital / Angel Fund / Accelerator – investment & portfolio management.
• GTM / Business Head / P&L leadership – preferably hands-on.
• Strong networking, articulation, and presentation skills.
• Extroverted, high-energy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced venture studio environment.
