Chief Operating Officer

We're looking for a Principal Officer (with an experience in asset management) who will act as ‘Launch Director’ through a pre-launch period = approx. 6 mos, responsible for preparation of the Company to contracting with and servicing clients.

Location: GIFT City.

Responsibilities:

• KYC/AML – fully online.
• Counterparties infrastructure: banks in and out of GIFT, brokers, depositaries, custodians, fund administrators, auditors, payment agents, trustees if required, etc.
• IT integration: KYC/AML, accounting, back office, reporting to IFSCA, CMR, API with all outside providers as per (b) above, etc.
• To recruit the core personnel for the above.
• To establish and develop relationships with the regulator (Global Fixed Income AIF, serial establishment of a single-UBO and family-owned AIFs).

Requirements:

• Proven experience at CEO, COO or similar roles in asset management companies.
• Experience in developing relationship and required procedures with the regulator.
