Dhwanigroup.in is building 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗖𝗼-𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 - a member-owned digital infrastructure to restore trust in the digital economy.

We are a single-sided tech co-operative and the world’s first “data ocean,” translating the core values of the Indian Constitution into software - so the value created by data flows back to the people who generate it.

As COO, you are the architect of the machinery.

While the Founder focuses on vision, culture, and community, you will design, build, and scale the operational rails - integrating financial, social, and governance layers into one coherent ecosystem.

To turn our 2025 vision into a working marketplace - serving everyone from MBA aspirants and creators to MSMEs, municipalities, and street vendors.

This is a founding-team role with real ownership and long-term responsibility.

𝟭. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Deploy the MVP and scale phases

Integrate blockchain ledgers, smart escrows, and CBDC (e-Rupee) rails

𝟮. 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 & 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁

Build partnerships with municipalities, MSMEs, and talent pools (UPSC, MBA, gig professionals)

Design cold-start strategies for a co-operative network

𝟯. 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁

Implement One-Person-One-Vote and Quadratic Voting

Run transparent moderation, dispute resolution, and member-led governance
