Responsibilities: Full P&L responsibility; Responsibility to increase profits and focus on the growth of the business according to targets set for the next 24 -36 months delivering the required operating margins; Own and execute the growth plan for the Country and recruit and build the necessary team to achieve this objective; Running the back office of the company; Compliance responsibility; Participate in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy within the business; Provide periodic market research and reporting to group management; Coordinate and work with regional / group functional leaders to execute against set objectives and standards for the country and have ultimate accountability for all the functions within Country; Prepare the strategic business plan along with the budget for the next few years; according to the HQ forecast of growth; Look for innovations to improve the performance of the business; Represent the company and develop relationships with third parties and key Partners for the business including the relevant country regulatory bodies; Requirements: Deep knowledge of international business principles; At least 5 - 8 years of successful management experience in a role of CEO in NBFC India ( lending, consumer finance or digital finance); Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines according to the HQ framework; Demonstrate ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution; University degree in Economics or Business Administration; MBA degree would be a plus preferably in lending, consumer finance or digital finance; Commercially focused, results driven, with a strong track record of leading and developing a business; Excellent understanding of financial reports and statements; Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage, lead and measure productivity of teams. Identify new market opportunities and lead negotiations with key partners. Oversee marketing campaigns and brand positioning in coordination with external agencies. Collaborate with product and risk teams to align business and financial goals. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or financial services. Strong understanding of installment sales models, consumer financing, or credit mechanisms. Proven track record in B2B partnership development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
