You will own

Strategy across IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, X + new bets

Channel growth → reach, engagement, conversions

Narrative & recurring IP: festival-led, culture-led, brand ethos

90-day content calendars with hard milestones (no ad-hoc posting)

Trend sensing + rapid adaptation (faster than the market)

Performance funnels: social → landing page → purchase

Community engine: WhatsApp/Telegram/clubs → loyal customers

Team leadership: designers, editors, writers, creators/influencers

What success looks like

100k → 1M+ audience growth per platform (repeatable)

Higher CTR/retention via hooks, thumbnails, storytelling

Consistent viral hits every month (not flukes)

Social that contributes multi-crore/month revenue

A calm, clockwork social machine (clarity > chaos)

Must-have

Deep grasp of algorithms, CTR, retention, watch time

Built recurring formats/IP people follow religiously
