Your Mission

• Manage

  end-to-end daily operations

  for one or more brands—ensuring smooth order fulfillment, CX workflows, content approvals, and project timelines.
• Translate

  brand-level targets

  (revenue, CAC vs LTV, PAT) into actionable plans and KPIs for cross-functional teams.
• Identify

  bottlenecks and process inefficiencies

  , propose solutions, and drive SOP and SLA adoption.
• Partner with marketing, product, finance, and customer care to ensure

  on-time launches and campaigns

  .
• Monitor key metrics: refund TAT, RTO rates, CX response time, inventory health, and ad-spend ROI.
• Support

  automation and tech adoption

  in collaboration with the COO and CAIO.
• Foster a

  performance-driven culture

  : ensure teams hit weekly and monthly targets, and escalate risks early.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years

  of operations experience in e-commerce, tech, ed-tech, or multi-brand businesses.
• Proven ability to

  own KPIs

  like refund TAT, RTO %, and operational cost savings.
• Strong understanding of

  process optimization, dashboards, and project management tools

  (ClickUp, Asana, Airtable).
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics and financial metrics.
• Bonus: Familiarity with

  automation tools, Shopify ecosystems, or spiritual/wellness industries

  .
