We're seeking a Operations Manager to lead our team of 4 (Brand Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Packaging Coordinator, Account Coordinator) and drive business growth through strategic operations. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring timely execution, brand excellence, and proactive business development.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of 4 direct reports
• Manage brand relationships alongside Brand Coordinator—identify and onboard new designer partnerships
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimize product offerings
• Ensure our website and offerings remain competitive through market research and analysis
• Proactively seek collaborations, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Evaluate and implement best-in-class technology for our e-commerce platform
• Build accountability frameworks and monitor KPIs for timely task completion
• Implement project management systems and SOPs to support scaling
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships
• 4+ years in operations management with 3+ years leading teams
• Proven track record scaling operations in fashion, e-commerce, or retail
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities
• Data analysis skills—comfortable with sales analytics and market research
• Experience managing brand/vendor relationships and sourcing new partnerships
• Strong systems-thinking and process optimization skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp)
• Knowledge of e-commerce technologies and platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking abilities
• Passion for South Asian culture and supporting artisan communities
• Shape the operational foundation of a growing international brand
