What You’ll Do
📈 Performance & Acquisition
• Own and directly oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, programmatic — managing agencies/media buyers.
• Lead e-commerce platform ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.).
• Scale affiliate and partner networks (Trackier, EarnKaro, TagMango, etc.).
• Build and enforce CAC, ROAS, and LTV guardrails — ensure every rupee spent drives profitable growth.
• Set up attribution models, cohort tracking, and MMM (media mix modeling) to get full clarity on spend impact.
🌐 Organic & Owned Channels
• Grow SEO, ASO, and content marketing for long-term demand.
• Drive CRM funnels (email, WhatsApp, push, SMS).
• Build referral and loyalty programs to boost repeat revenue.
🎯 Influencer, Ambassadors & Partnerships
• Build influencer fleet: macro, micro, barter, and paid.
• Identify and manage brand ambassadors aligned with positioning.
• Drive strategic partnerships and collaborations (events, sponsorships, co-branding).
📺 Brand Campaigns (ATL / BTL / TTL)
• Own ATL campaigns: TV, print, outdoor, sponsorships.
• Run BTL activations: events, on-ground consumer campaigns.
• Create TTL campaigns integrating online + offline storytelling.
• Oversee shoots, ad films, and campaign productions with brand + creative teams.
📰 PR & Communications
• Partner with Branding Manager + PR agencies for thought leadership, crisis comms, and media visibility.
• Align PR with marketing campaigns to amplify reach.
💰 Budget & Analytics
• Own the entire marketing P&L across brands.
• Strategize and allocate annual budgets (₹50 Cr+), re-allocating dynamically based on ROI.
• Run weekly dashboards for CAC, ROAS, retention %, payback, revenue attribution.
• Present quarterly reviews to CEO/COO with data + action plans.
👥 Team & Leadership
• Build and mentor a 15–30 person team across performance, influencer, organic, CRM, design, PR (plus agencies).
• Create SOPs and playbooks so growth is structured and repeatable.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Finance, Branding.

What We’re Looking For
• 8–12 years in marketing leadership at strong consumer brands (D2C, e-commerce, consumer tech apps) with ₹100 Cr+ annual revenue scale.
• Proven success scaling acquisition with ₹50 Cr+ annual marketing budgets.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of performance marketing + attribution — not just delegating.
• Experience across ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns, e-com ads, influencer, and affiliate networks.
• Strong analytical grounding: Google Analytics, GA4, attribution models, MMM, cohort analysis.
• Sharp creative instincts: knows how to build viral hooks and big campaigns.
• Leadership ability to manage teams + agencies and hold them accountable.
• Business-first: can balance brand building with PAT-positive growth.
