Job Description: Growth Product Manager – Monetization
Location: Noida

We are looking for a Monetization-focused Growth PM to own the activation and revenue engine of the Horocosmo app. This role will drive the design and execution of onboarding flows, paywalls, subscription models, pricing experiments, and bundles — with one clear goal: convert free users into paying subscribers and maximize ARPU.
The ideal candidate is data-obsessed, experiment-driven, and consumer-app native — someone who can balance user psychology with revenue goals, and turn experiments into scalable growth systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Funnel Ownership
• Own the activation funnel: Install → Registration → First Free Action → First Paid Action → Subscription.
• Identify friction points and ship solutions to boost free→paid conversion rates.
• Partner with Data Analyst to monitor daily funnel health.
2. Paywalls & Subscriptions
• Design and iterate subscription tiers, free trials, feature bundles, limited-time offers.
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments on pricing, trial length, and feature gating.
• Build festival-based bundles (e.g., Navratri/Diwali reports + consultations).
• Optimize subscription renewal flows to reduce churn.
3. Experimentation & Growth Loops
• Launch fast experiments around offers, onboarding flows, gamification, and upsells.
• Test “first experience nudges” (e.g., horoscope streaks, free daily report → unlock detailed monthly).
• Work with tech/design to ship referral programs, shareable horoscopes, and gifting flows.
4. Retention & Revenue Growth
• Monitor subscription renewals, churn, and LTV.
• Design “save offers” and retention techniques (e.g., discounts on renewal, loyalty rewards).
• Explore global pricing models for expansion into new geographies.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 4–7 years in growth/product roles in consumer apps (fintech, gaming, edtech, astrology/wellness preferred).
• Proven record of building subscription/paywall models and scaling conversion rates.
• Strong with data analysis and A/B testing (Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer, WebEngage).
• Sharp grasp of consumer psychology, funnel metrics, and pricing elasticity.
• Hands-on experience with subscription platforms and in-app purchase mechanics.
• Track record of shipping growth experiments fast in collaboration with tech and design.
