Job Description: NephroPlus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless post-selection experience for new hires and supporting end-to-end recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage post-candidate selection processes efficiently and accurately.Coordinate and conduct document collection and verification from selected candidates.Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with the TA and HR teams.Initiate and manage the Background Verification (BGV) process, ensuring timely completion.Maintain accurate and updated records of all candidate documentation and progress.Support and streamline various Talent Acquisition (TA) operations , including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and database management.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolutions.Assist in generating reports and dashboards for recruitment and onboarding metrics. Role & responsibilities Checking and recording patients vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment. Ensuring that hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments are administered to patients correctly. Monitoring patients during dialysis treatment to identify any adverse reactions. Preparing and updating nursing care plans. Promptly notifying the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis treatments. Working with the dialysis technicians to ensure that dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
