What You'll Do:

As our Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure every project, whether it's branding, a website, a marketing asset, or a digital interface, is delivered with accuracy, consistency, and a strong focus on quality. You will help maintain our standards and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Design, Development, and Project Management teams to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Create, manage, and execute test plans, review checklists, and quality guidelines for all project types.
  • Conduct quality checks across branding deliverables, website builds, UI/UX handovers, marketing materials, and digital assets.
  • Perform functional, UI, content, layout, consistency, and cross-device or cross-platform checks as needed.
  • Identify issues clearly with proper documentation such as steps, screenshots, videos, or notes.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to verify corrections and ensure issues do not recur.
  • Help refine internal processes and contribute ideas that improve workflow and output quality.
  • Stay updated with QA best practices and continuously elevate quality standards.


Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant QA experience (flexible if you are exceptionally detail-oriented).
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, review methods, and quality frameworks.
  • Experience checking websites, branding projects, digital assets, and UI/UX deliverables.
  • Familiarity with task management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You spot things others miss.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to high-quality output and continuous improvement.
