Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Pitch Eployrs’ hiring solutions to employers, startups, SMEs, and enterprises
  • Understand client hiring needs and recommend suitable subscription or service plans
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, founders, and decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve offerings and sales strategies
  • Collect client feedback and share market insights with internal teams


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, HR tech, or recruitment sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in selling subscriptions, platforms, or services is a plus
  • Ability to understand client pain points and offer solutions
  • Goal-oriented with a strong closing mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to HR professionals, recruiters, or business owners
  • Knowledge of recruitment, staffing, or hiring processes
  • Startup or product-based company experience
