About the Role

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (online/offline).
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Handle client inquiries, provide product demos, and follow up for closures.
• Develop and execute sales & marketing campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and campaign insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of sales pipelines and marketing funnels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (bonus).
• Basic understanding of CRM tools would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing.
