Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Additional tasks include delivering effective presentations, providing training to support the sales team, and contributing to client engagement efforts to ensure satisfaction and sustained partnerships. Qualifications Proficient communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present ideas, and maintain professional relationships Strong customer service and client relationship-building abilities Experience in sales, with skills in prospecting, negotiating, and meeting sales targets Ability to train and support the sales team to improve processes and outcomes Proven expertise in sales management, including strategy development and tracking sales performance Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or civil engineering industries is a plus
