Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, managing sales pipelines, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Specialist will also lead training sessions, develop strategic sales plans, and contribute to the growth of QwikTrace's eco-friendly technology products and solutions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and convey value propositions. Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Experience in sales, including pipeline management and delivering results in a target-driven environment. Skills in training and sales management to educate teams and oversee sales processes effectively. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in eco-friendly or technology-driven industries being a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
