Design end-to-end user experiences for our AI-driven product, from concept to final UI.
Translate business requirements and AI capabilities into clean, user-friendly design flows.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user journeys and product behavior.
Conduct user research & usability testing to validate design decisions.
Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and AI explainability.
Work closely with data science teams to represent AI predictions, insights, and automation in an understandable way.
Contribute to building and improving our design system and design guidelines.
Iterate based on feedback, analytics, and UX data from real product usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, UI design, and design problem-solving.
Expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
Strong understanding of AI-based products, data visualization, and user psychology.
Experience designing dashboards, workflows, or complex multi-step interfaces.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and AI/ML teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in conversational UI (chatbots, AI agents).
Understanding of ML model behavior, limitations, and explainability.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development basics.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
