About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer who can deeply understand business requirements, analyze the complete product workflow, and convert complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of product design lifecycle, along with experience working in Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements, business needs, and complete workflows.
• Design intuitive, user-centered UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
• Translate concepts into functional design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.
• Actively manage tasks, design feedback, and sprint deliverables using Jira.
• Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory).
• Excellent understanding of product workflows and user journeys.
• Proven experience working with Jira for task tracking and sprint collaboration (this is a key requirement).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with usability testing and research.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS is a plus).
