Graphic Designer – Job Overview We are looking for a Jaipur-based Graphic Designer to join Guidecraft in a full-time, freelance role . Responsibilities Strong experience in e-commerce and Amazon brand design , including web banners, product graphics, Amazon A+ content, and storefront management Design graphics aligned with Guidecraft’s brand standards (fonts, colors, imagery) across all digital platforms (marketplaces, website, etc.) Prepare and present design concepts and rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, and follow through on execution Stay updated with current design trends and best practices Requirements BS/BFA in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field 2–3 years of digital design experience (in-house or agency) Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, Amazon A+ & storefronts, websites, and advertising Excellent visual design and typography skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and working knowledge of Figma Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams High proficiency in written and spoken English Excellent time and project management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Digital marketing and e-commerce experience Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously while integrating with in-house teams Bonus Skills Experience with Shopify Photo editing and retouching Familiarity with Figma and Klaviyo Social media graphics experience Video editing skills
Product Designer – Jaipur, India (Full-Time, Mid-Career) About Guidecraft: Guidecraft Inc., USA, is a 59-year-old company engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality educational toys and furniture for the consumer and educational markets, primarily in the US but with a growing international presence. Headquartered in New York, Guidecraft has offices in China, Vietnam, Thailand, and India. We recently launched our Playspace Design Initiative, focused on designing play-based learning environments for homes and schools. The Role: We are seeking a creative, purpose-driven product designer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a unique opportunity to help design products that support children’s learning and development through play. You will work closely with the Director of Environment and Playspace Design, contributing to products that complement our learning environments. Responsibilities: Design and develop products such as carpets/upholstery, lighting, soft seating, wall décor and small furniture pieces. Collaborate closely with the design lead and coordinate with manufacturers and production teams in India. Ensure products are play-based, child-centric, and aligned with learning objectives. Manage material selection, product development, and manufacturing processes to ensure quality and feasibility. Translate creative ideas into technically accurate, manufacturable designs. Who We’re Looking For: Mid-career professional with hands-on experience in product design. Strong design sense, creativity, and technical knowledge of construction, materials, and manufacturing. Experience with lighting, soft furniture, carpets, or related product domains is highly preferred. Practical knowledge of sourcing, prototyping, and production processes, and ability to coordinate with manufacturers.
