Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and negotiating and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and monitor market trends to identify business growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experienced in sales and client relationship management, collaborating with business founders and HR leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experienced in sales and client relationship management, working closely with business founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Skilled in B2B sales, lead generation, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition challenges, enabling tailored product pitches to HR professionals.
  • Proven ability to convert prospects into paying clients through effective communication and solution-oriented selling.
  • Experience in managing client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction across multiple business domains.
  • Expertise in identifying client needs and offering customized SaaS/HR-tech solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and tech) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Strong track record in building trust-based relationships with business founders and senior HR executives.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills leading to increased client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage CRM tools and data-driven sales pipelines for performance tracking and client insights.
  • CTC Range: 1.8LPA - 3 LPA
