Sales is not only numbers. It is human connection. When you listen to a client’s fears, picture their future, and say, “Yes, we can build that,” you change someone’s world, and ours too. We are searching for a Senior Sales Executive who feels that spark in every conversation and can light the same spark in others.


What you will do

  • Open hearts first, then open deals, lead warm, honest discovery calls to understand a client’s real pain.
  • Shape hope into clear proposals for our services (software, web, mobile, design, digital marketing, growth consulting).
  • Guide prospects through the buying journey with empathy, clarity, and speed.
  • Own a monthly revenue target and celebrate each win with the team who helps make it happen.
  • Work side-by-side with project, design, and marketing leads to keep promises made to every client.
  • Mentor junior sales members, lifting them up just as you lift numbers up.
  • Keep your pipeline transparent, update CRM so no opportunity feels forgotten.
  • Represent Path Idea InfoTech at events and online, telling our story with warmth and truth.


What makes you shine

  • 3-6 years’ experience selling IT or digital solutions (B2B).
  • You lead with listening; people feel safe sharing their challenges with you.
  • Proven track record of meeting or beating revenue goals.
  • Fluent English and Hindi; clear writing that sounds like a friend, not a robot.
  • Comfort with discovery tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) and CRM hygiene.
  • A heart wired for teamwork, when the dev team wins, you cheer the loudest.
  • Willingness to travel across India for in-person pitches.


What success looks like after 12 months

  • ₹1 crore in new annual recurring revenue directly linked to you.
  • At least five long-term clients who describe you as a trusted advisor, not “vendor.”
  • Junior reps cite you as the reason they closed their first major deal.
  • YOU still wake up excited for Monday.
