Present new collections and jewellery designs in a polished, customer-friendly manner to generate interest. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, professional follow-ups. Drive walk-ins and appointments by actively coordinating with interested customers. Maintain organised customer data (CRM) and ensure every enquiry is tracked and nurtured. Re-engage past clients by sharing personalised recommendations, offers, and new arrivals.
