We are a 75-year-old jewellery brand looking for a smart, energetic candidate who loves talking to customers and driving sales. This is a high-growth, high-activity role with daily targets.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers through WhatsApp and phone communication.

Present new collections and jewellery designs in a polished, customer-friendly manner to generate interest.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, professional follow-ups.

Drive walk-ins and appointments by actively coordinating with interested customers.

Maintain organised customer data (CRM) and ensure every enquiry is tracked and nurtured.

Re-engage past clients by sharing personalised recommendations, offers, and new arrivals.

Coordinate and execute weekly outreach campaigns with the sales and marketing team.

Support overall sales growth by ensuring timely communication and superior customer experience.

Skills Required

Basic WhatsApp + phone handling Energetic and hardworking attitude

Retail, jewellery, or telecalling experience is a bonus
