The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, an eye for crafting memorable travel experiences, and the ability to manage end-to-end tour operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and promote international tour packages , with a focus on Asian destinations. Research and curate culturally immersive, sustainable, and cost-effective itineraries. Build and maintain relationships with travel service providers, hotels, and tour operators. Coordinate visa, ticketing, insurance, and other travel documentation. Handle inquiries from clients, providing destination insights and travel recommendations. Ensure compliance with travel regulations, safety standards, and SDS policies. Stay updated on tourism trends, festivals, and events in Asian countries. Prepare travel budgets, proposals, and promotional content for tours. Required Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of the Asian continent’s tourism landscape , including culture, geography, and key attractions. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in itinerary planning and vendor negotiation. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with international travel regulations and visa processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Preferred Experience 3–5 years of experience in international tourism or travel management. Prior work with NGOs, cultural exchange programs, or educational travel is an advantage. Fluency in English; knowledge of Asian languages will be a plus. Why Join Us?
