Our core integration services cover Hydrants, Sprinklers, Pumping Stations, Drenchers, and more β€” tailored for commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We also provide Fire System Annual Maintenance, Fire Evacuation Drills, Mock Drills, and essential training on fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid. Job Role : ● Project Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities for fire safety engineering projects, including procurement and commissioning of fire systems. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure projects and ensure long-term collaboration. ● Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, conduct site surveys, and ensure alignment of project specifications. ● Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and project targets, ensuring consistent business growth. ● Ensure Sales Targets Are Met: Take ownership of sales targets and drive initiatives to meet or exceed company goals. Monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed to achieve desired results. ● Project Coordination: Oversee the project sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring that all deliverables are met as per client expectations. ● Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements. ● Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and keep the company’s offerings competitive. ● Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. ● Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project progress, and client communications. Prepare sales reports and project forecasts. Requirements : ● Mechanical Eng / Graduate / PG in any field with an experience of 3 – 5 years in Sales. ● Experience of dealing with either Builders / Real Estate, Purchase Heads of companies or Govt Officials is a must. ● Knowledge of MS office is a must. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills & convincing abilities.
