The Senior Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing the company's ecommerce platforms, overseeing online sales, optimizing the ecommerce user experience, and coordinating with vendors and customers. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing website performance, implementing marketing strategies, managing online product listings, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role will also involve collaboration with other departments to align online sales with overall business goals and strategies. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), enhance the D2C platform, and drive digital revenue. The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketplace operations, digital marketing coordination, inventory planning, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management Manage product listings, promotions, A+ content, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. Coordinate with account managers to drive visibility, rank, and sales. Optimize catalog performance through keyword analysis and competitive pricing strategies. D2C Website Management Oversee daily operations, order processing, and marketing campaigns for our brand website. Collaborate with web development and digital marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience and conversion optimization. Sales & Performance Analysis Track and analyze sales data, returns, and customer feedback. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and make recommendations for growth. Monitor ROAS, CAC, and key KPIs in collaboration with the marketing team. Marketing Coordination Work closely with performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads), content, and creative teams for online promotions and seasonal campaigns. Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing for customer engagement and retention. Inventory & Logistics Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and seller panels. Hands-on experience in catalog management and e-commerce tools. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and marketplace dashboards. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads) is a plus. Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing/E-commerce will be a bonus.
