Job Description

Position: Sales Operations Support – Clinker & Exports

Designation: Executive – Senior Executive

Function: Institutional Sales

Place: Guwahati, Assam

Credentials: Any Graduate

Reporting to: ASM – Clinker & Exports

Responsibilities:

To handle all export documentation, customs clearance, coordination with plant dispatch teams.
To maintain pricing sheets, order trackers, and buyer documentation.
Support invoicing and compliance for exports. To provide comprehensive back-office, coordination, and MIS related support to the Institutional Sales Team
Support the Sales Team by coordinating with logistics, finance & commercial teams to to enable seamless customer service delivery
Ensure adherence to all sales & statutory documentation as per Sales SOP and applicable laws
Track material movements, pending orders, and ensure alignment with customer delivery schedules
Assist in preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, and project-specific documentations
Maintain updated order trackers, customer details, project status report etc
Ensure proper maintenance of customer agreements, institutional rate approvals, and dispatch documentation
Follow up for billing, payment and credit note processing
Provide operational support during customer meetings, audits, or review sessions.
