Sales Process Optimiz a tion:Design, implement, and refine sales processes / workflows to improve team effici ency.Ensure alignment between sales and marketing processes to optimize lead flow.Develop, document, and share best practices for running specific campaigns, rules of engagement etc.Data Analysis and Repo r ting:Track key sales metrics across segments (e.g., pipeline health, win rates, conversion ra tes).Create and present sales performance dashboards for leader ship.Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecas ting.CRM and Sales Tools Manag e ment:Administer and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubS pot).Evaluate, implement, and integrate sales tools to enhance producti vity. Sales Planning and Implemen t ation:Develop and implement annual operating plans, including sales quotas and and territory assign ments.Support the design and execution of territory plans for optimal coverage and revenue gener ation.Monitor and manage pipeline health across sales segments and assist with accurate revenue foreca sting.Assist in revenue forecasting to ensure predictable g rowth.Design and manage incentive compensation programs to drive sales perfor mance. You should a pply if 1-3 years of experience in problem solving, and applying structured thinking in a consulting role or in any other analyst/operation s roles.Prior experience in sales, or operations in a B2B SaaS company is a plus, not a requ irement.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data is a strong requirement for th is role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations across teams is a mu st-have.Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on approach to cha llenges.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced envi ronment.Familiarity with CRM and sales support tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Avoma, Outreach etc.) is a gre at plus.Experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a nice- to-have.
